KORAIL, KRNA, and KRRI successfully signed the Joint-Agreement to host WCRR 2008 Seoul, since it was decided that Korea would host the 8th World Congress on Railway Research to be held in Seoul. Establishing WCRR 2008 Planning Corps. was the first step in forming the congress under the guidance of WCRR 2008 Organizing Committee and Executive Committee. WCRR 2008 Planning Corps. plays a core role of managing and operating the financial and human resources for WCRR 2008.
